WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATIONS?

10:00am - 7:00pm Mondays - Saturdays

 

ARE WE ALLOWED TO SMOKE IN THE RENTED VEHICLE?

No! Renters are NOT allowed to smoke in the vehicle; and neither are they allowed to return the vehicle with any smoke scents. You will be given a vehicle condition form to sign prior to us handing you the keys. If you return the vehicle with any type of smoke smell, it constitute a breach of contract, and you without any further notice or communication have authorize JBA Car rental to withhold your security deposit as full or part payment to cover for the breach of contract. Please check the "smoking policy" on your rental agreement for details.

IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT

Yes, and the cost depends on weather its a standard vehicle or an SUV

DO YOU TAKE CASH?

No. We do not accept cash or cash cards

We accept major forms of debit and credit cards. We may accept chime and or cashapp cards.

 

DO YOU HAVE A FIXED LOCATION

No, because we are an unconventional car rental company, we offer delivery instead, so you will not need to come in to an office. We offer delivery within a 30 minutes drives from our base on the meeting point. There is a charge of $2.50 per mile for delivery.

DO YOU OFFER UNLIMITED MILES?

No, we do not offer unlimited miles. We offer 300 miles per day and .28cents per mile after you have exceeded the 300 miles daily limit.

DO YOU OFFER LONG-TERM RENTAL

Yes, we offer long-term rental. If your rental exceeds 30 days, its considered long-term. At that point you will need to sign a our long-term form.

DO YOU OFFER INSURANCE?

Yes, we offer rental insurance. You may purchase a plan based on what's required. (1)You may purchase the collision plan if you have liability coverage. (2) You may purchase the supplemental and collision plan if you have no coverage.
